Professional fees only. Home Office and other government fees, biometrics, NHS surcharge and translation costs are not included.

What is included
Eligibility assessment, document checklist and review, completion of the application forms, preparation of supporting representations, and submission support for one application per purchase. Appeals, judicial review and additional applications are quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents, and meet all deadlines we set. We are not liable for refusals or delays caused by incomplete, late or inaccurate information.
Refunds & cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet begun. Once your adviser has started reviewing your case, fees are refundable only in proportion to work not yet carried out. Government fees paid to third parties are never refundable by us.
