• Contact details, including telephone number, email address and postal address.
• Experience, training, qualifications and registration details.
• CV and supporting career documents.
• Identity, right-to-work and immigration documents, including passport and visa details.
• National insurance or equivalent tax identification number.
• Access to your professional regulator account where you ask us to act on your behalf.

2. Sensitive personal data

Where relevant to the service or role, and only with your consent, the Company may also process:

• Disability or health condition relevant to the role or application.
• Criminal conviction and background check information.
• Other sensitive personal data you provide in support of an application.

3. Purposes of processing

• To provide you with work-finding, registration, compliance and visa support services.
• To transfer your personal data to clients, employers, regulators and government authorities in order to deliver those services.
• To hold your data on the Company's computerised database, Salesforce, and connected systems used to deliver the services.
• To share your data with third parties, including audit bodies such as the REC, for internal audits and investigations confirming the Company's compliance with its legal obligations.

4. International transfers

Delivering these services may require your data to be transferred outside your country of residence, including to the United Kingdom, India and the country you are applying to. Transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

5. Duration and your rights

This consent lasts for 3 years from the date given, unless withdrawn earlier or a longer period is required by law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Company. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal, and may mean the Company can no longer deliver the services you have purchased.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
